Welcome to our cosy and modern static caravan located in the popular California Cliffs Holiday Park. Perfectly positioned for a classic British seaside escape, our home away from home offers comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests.

This is the perfect base for families seeking a classic British seaside adventure. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the high-energy park facilities—including indoor and outdoor pools—or explore the quiet beauty of the Norfolk Broads, our home-away-from-home offers the comfort and convenience you need for a memorable getaway.

The Layout:

Master Bedroom: A spacious room featuring a comfortable double bed and storage..

Twin Bedroom 1: Two cosy single beds, ideal for children or friends.

Twin Bedroom 2: A further two single beds.

Living Area: A bright, open-plan lounge with ample seating for the whole family to relax after a day at the beach. A sofa bed in the Living Area provides additional sleeping space for 2 guests.

Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, plus a dedicated dining area.

Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The neighbourhood

California Cliffs is located in Scratby, just a few miles from the bustling heart of Great Yarmouth.

The Beach: You are just a short walk away from the beautiful sandy stretches of California Beach and Scratby Beach.

Local Attractions: A quick 10-minute drive takes you to the Great Yarmouth Golden Mile, featuring the Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, and traditional piers.

Nature: We are perfectly placed for exploring the Norfolk Broads or visiting the seal colony at nearby Horsey Gap.

House rules

No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free caravan. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a deep-cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours: We ask guests to respect our neighbours and the park’s quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Parties or Events: This is a family-oriented site; large groups or loud parties are not permitted.

Rubbish Disposal: Please ensure all household waste is bagged and placed in the designated site bins before departure.

Maximum Occupancy: For safety and insurance purposes, the maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire caravan.

The caravan is situated on the fantastic Park Dean California Cliffs site, which features:

Indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools.

The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant.

Full entertainment complex with live shows.

Adventure playground and crazy golf.

Please Note: Park facilities usually require entertainment passes, which can be purchased directly from the park reception upon arrival.

Interaction with guests

We like to give our guests complete privacy to enjoy their holiday. However, at Xscape Staycations, we are never more than a phone call or message away if you need assistance. You will be provided with check-in instructions prior to arrival. For any urgent operational or maintenance issues during your stay, our dedicated local team is on hand to ensure your visit is seamless.

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Linen: Fresh bed linen is provided for your stay.

Parking: Dedicated parking is available next to the caravan.

House Rules: This is a family park; we kindly ask for no loud music after 11:00 PM. No smoking inside the caravan.
