Completely last minute booking. I messaged Matt with someone questions he responded very quickly and even checked pool opening days for me. We had a minor issue with the internet (we could have gone without it) so i messaged him and even on new years eve he offered to come and have a look. Cant fault anything out this place. Thanks for a lovely break x

The caravan was lovely, plenty of room with everything you could possibly need. Quite surroundings. Everything in driving distance, but no club house or entertainment on site. There is a restaurant and a pub but too far to walk to or from it, so a car is essential. Matt was very helpful and kept us informed at all times. The entrance Matt needs replacing as the corners start bending and causing a slip hazard.

Just back from holiday in Lodge 133. The lodge is situated on a spacious plot in a quiet area of the site. Easy, walkable access to the swimming pool; bar/ restaurant; and golf. Food in the restaurant (Barn1) was very good for all the family. Pleasant and friendly staff. You can also walk to Redwings Horse Sanctuary which also has a nice coffee shop. Ideal location to explore the Suffolk Coast.

Lovely country park, tidy, well kept grounds. Quiet. Enjoyed seeing ducks and pheasants. Lots of country walks. Has horse sanctuary 5 min walk. A good visit also garden centre short drive. Easy check in. Cant fault Matt, really helpful. Comfy sofas & double bed. Fluffy towels. Nice white sheets. Internet is good enough for emails. Good size oven & cooker (Didnt cook much). Well stocked kitchen bits and pieces/pots/utensils. A good shower. Family size fridge was helpful & seperate freezer with 3 large drawers. We didnt use pool or golf course but looks great. The 'barn' restaurant & cafe on site does breakfasts/lunches/cakes. Sunday carvery around £15. Bring your supplies, milk, coffee, tea, everything. No shop on site. We noticed Tesco & Asda delivered. Good idea! Our little dog loved the decking, kept him enclosed. He doesnt bark at ducks/birds. All dogs are on lead walking round the residential area which is good. Plenty walks available nearby.

Our stay was in a perfect location, easy to get to with great facilities and things to do. Chalet was very clean inside. I cannot fault Matt whatsoever. He answered all my questions swiftly which really helped when we had some concerns during our stay. He is a credit to the company. I will be booking with Matt again. Many thanks for your help!

Matts caravan was perfect for a winter get away for a family of 5 + dog! Lovely & clean, beds made, radiators and fire made it so warm and cosy! So many games & dvds for the kids to choose from! We all felt so relaxed and comfortable! We would Definitely return for a winter break in the near future.
