The space

Inside
The open-plan living area is the heart of the caravan, with comfy seating for everyone to relax together after a day out. The kitchen has an oven and hob and is equipped for self-catering, and the dining table works just as well for family meals as it does for catching up on work. Gas Heating keeps everything warm on cooler evenings.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: two single beds
Bedroom 2: two single beds
Bedroom 3: double bed
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay.

Two full bathrooms
Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink, so there's no queuing on busy mornings, which makes a real difference when there are six of you. Each bathroom has a bar of hand soap and travel-size shampoo and body wash to get you started.

Outside
The front decking has outdoor seating and a table, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. You can park on the grass directly in front of the caravan, so unloading is easy.

Bringing your dog
Dogs are part of the family, so they're very welcome here. There is a charge of £25 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.

The neighbourhood

Parkdean Breydon Water is made up of two villages, just a 10-minute walk apart. The caravan sits on Bure Village, the quieter of the two, which has an indoor heated pool, a gym and a Nisa convenience store. Over at Yare Village you'll find an outdoor heated pool with a chute, the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, an adventure playground and family entertainment. Just beyond the park, the Roman fort at Burgh Castle looks out over Breydon Water and is a lovely spot for a dog walk or a sunset. Great Yarmouth's beaches and the Norfolk Broads are both around 15 minutes' drive away.
